Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide.

We strive to ship in the shortest possible time at business hours and keep track of all our shipments arriving in time. International shipping must take into account possible delays caused by customs papers handled by each country.

In case you want to make any modification on an order, contact us as soon as possible. Modifications on orders already shipped may incur additional costs depending on the requests and destination.

All orders received after 9am are prepared on the next business day. Purchases made on the weekends are handled and dispatched on the next business day as well.

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it is shipped, you will receive the Tracking ID of your order. 

Orders are shipped from Spain and, depending on destination, delivery times and prices vary as indicated in the table below.

Returns Policy

We are very committed to your satisfaction, and we will do our very best to ensure quick resolutions on any disagreement you may have. 

For returns and exchanges, the following conditions must be met:
· Item(s) must be unworn, complete and clear of any usage mark.
· All labels must be in their original position (including hygienic labels).
· Notice must be made within 14 calendar days after delivery.

In case you want to ensure stock availability for an exchange, we suggest you purchase the new requested item, and return the previous one afterwards.

We proceed with reimbursements or exchanges once the item(s) are received, inspected and in accordance with all the mentioned conditions. Only when item(s) are in perfect condition, we proceed with the reimbursement to the same payment method you used. It may take 2-3 Business days to be reflected in your account.

Shipping address is the same as the sender in your original delivery. You can use that same packaging for the return, if sealed properly and clear from previous shipping information.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All returned item(s) with compelling marks of use, worn or without labels, are subjected to reductions on the refund. When returning an item(s), it's the buyer's responsibility to ensure that it's packed properly and protected during shipping. If the item is damaged while it's being returned, we may be entitled to offer a reduced refund.
